Style and Design
Also marketed as the Superia, the Nancy II corner cabin is a solid, substantial five sided summerhouse perfectly designed to fit into the corner of the garden and carrying a number of attractive features, including robust 28mm timber construction, black roof shingles and two opening side windows. The door is also part glazed allowing for a bright, sunny interior while the windows can be opened for ventilation if necessary on a hot day. The building features a peaked roof and an overall pleasing appearance making the Nancy II a real asset to the garden.
The cabin is constructed in 28mm interlocking white pine wall logs with metal corner rails, black roof shingles and, depending on the supplier, either perspex or tempered glass windows.
The Nancy II measures 8'4'' x 8'4'' (2.55 x 2.55m) giving a useful internal space while remaining compact externally due to the corner design. Internally there's plenty of headroom with an eaves height of 7'4'' (2.24m) rising to 9' (2.75m) at the apex of the roof.
The building is untreated meaning you will have to remember to apply a suitable decorative/preservative finish to the timbers at the time of construction and on a regular basis thereafter.
An installation option may be available at additional cost as may a pre-delivery blue finish. Depending on the supplier windows will be glazed in either perspex or tempered glass and options may include a choice of roof shingle colour, a windowbox, firewood box or a single or double storage annexe.
The Nancy II is delivered ready for assembly by the purchaser. It's recommended that this be undertaken by a minimum of two people.
