The Bertsch Penta 2 is a striking pentagonal corner summerhouse, attractive in design and highly practical in construction. Its 11'6'' x 11'6'' footprint allows for a spacious interior, suitable for any purpose while its pleasing appearance enhances the garden, providing a real talking point. Finished to the usual Bertsch precision standards the price reflects the quality and the Penta 2 is certainly a garden building well worthy of consideration.
The building is constructed of substantial 33mm double tongue and groove Nordic spruce pine cladding, "chalet milled" at all corners. The windows are a fully glazed tilt and cant Georgian design in laminated wood while the doors feature a laminated finish, Georgian design and locking double doors fitted with a cylindrical lock. The roof and floor are of quality 19mm tongue and groove board and the building is supplied with pre-treated foundation joists.
The Penta 2 measures 2.1m (6'11'') at the eaves and 3m (9'10'') at the highest point of the roof. The double door dimesions are an accomodating 1.86 x 1.5m (6'1'' x 4'11'') while the windows, at 1.38 x 0.88m (4'6'' x 2'11'') will admit ample light. The roof overhang is 30cm (12'').
Apart from the foundation beams the Penta 2 is supplied untreated. The purchaser will require to apply a suitable finish at the time of installation.
Options include a choice of coloured bitumen felt roof shingles and a roof insulation kit.
The Penta 2 is delivered free to the majority of areas with full instructions ready for assembly by the purchaser.
