Style and Design
Previously marketed as the Greenacre or Lodge but now rebadged the Holly, this is a superb corner summerhouse in the same style as the Holly 3 x 3. The 4 x 4 features an even more spacious interior in a similar pentagonal design with a pyramid roof, top hinged windows and double glazed doors. It's a popular model among the larger corner summerhouses mainly due to its quality build and competitive, value for money pricing.
Materials/Construction
The Holly 4 x 4 is finished in 28mm FSC approved pine tongue and groove cladding and 19mm flooring and roofing with heavy duty felt. Since the Holly upgrade you should find double glazing as standard (but be sure to check the seller's specification) and the door features a key operated mortice lock for added security. 44mm roof joists and floor bearers add to the strength and durability of this stylish and practical corner log cabin.

The building's footprint measures up at 3.8 x 3.8m (12'5'' x 12'5'') while its height is 2.25m (7'4'') at the eaves and 3.05m (10') at the roof apex. There's plenty of room for access for both people and furniture with a double door opening of 1.61 x 1.95m (5'3'' x 6'4'').
